My OCD was completely ruining my life and I was about to lose hope of ever moving beyond it. In my teen compulsive thoughts started, but because of shame and thinking I was the only one that would understand I kept it to myself. When I moved to start University my OCD sparked and my loneliness grew along with my social anxiety and depression. Eventually, I had completely isolated myself and I felt trapped by my own mind.

See how I dared to open up to my mother and start being honest with myself and those around me. Learn how seeing an interview on The Human Aspect a few years earlier helped me realize I was not alone with OCD. Hear how I started professional help and how a new treatment program allowed me to start mastering my OCD. This gave me space to finally start creating the life I wanted for myself.
