My traffickers were losing patience with my family and I did not want them to suffer anymore, so I was praying to die. The day I was captured I tried to flee from a life without freedom to go abroad, but I was caught by human traffickers and transported to their camp. Around me was carnage and suffering to a level I could never imagine. I was severely tortured physically and mentally to the point where I did not expect to survive. See how I managed to get out of my trafficker's hands and reach a hospital before my injuries got me. After several surgeries, I managed to get asylum in Germany and the opportunity to complete my recovery.
