Childhood, Depression, Anxiety

In my effort to please everyone's standard of culture, I felt I was disappearing slowly. Growing up I had a more traditional, religious, and strict household, than my surrounding environment. In my effort to fit in at home by trying to avoid sin, and doing the right thing my worthiness was lost to me. I exhausted myself in my efforts to uphold my double life, and no matter what I did I felt I didn’t fit in anywhere.

See how I realized that I had to express my emotions in a healthier way and how this led to me starting to explore my purpose. Learn how I expanded my perspective and realized that I had to nurture my own self-worth to be able to feel free. Letting go of the borders of my childhood allowed me to finally create the person I wanted to be.
