When I was about to restart “my life” I experienced a massive panic attack. After years of supporting and building my family, putting myself first shocked my system and spiraled me into a depression. Growing up I always felt different, so when I finished high school I packed my bags and moved to another country. After my first experience with depression, I put on my independent and strong mask, while suppressing my emotions, trying to take back control over my anxiety. In the next few years, I experienced burnout and a divorce that completely ripped my self-worth and feeling of safety. I felt my anxiety and depression threatened to take over my life completely.

See how I realized that I had to challenge the shame I carried and reach out for support. After years in the traditional health support system, I found a personal coach that helped me explore deeper into my anxiety, depression, and shame. Learn how this helped me to start my journey towards change, and how this was the start of turning fear into curiosity. I opened up to key people in my life who gave me space to be my full self and evolve as a person. This allowed me to rebuild my self-worth and start living outside the norms of society to turn into the woman and mother I am today.
