I lost my father at the age of 8 and was then abused by a family member. I didn’t know better but to blame myself. My mother did her best to keep the family afloat and I felt it was only right that I did my part too. As I result, I suppressed my traumas and was stuck carrying the burden of loneliness for 30 years.

Hear how I got anxiety attacks, extreme neck tensions, and eventually burnt out at the age of 40. See how this triggered me to finally face my childhood traumas and inner turmoil. Learn how I reconnected with my body and emotions one step at a time, and prioritised taking care of myself both physically and emotionally.
