Growing up I did not fit in with the other girls because I acted more like the boys, and I was bullied and excluded for it. This slowly evolved into more severe bullying and racism, that led me to a deep loneliness, aggression, self-harm and eventually a lack of hope for the future.

See how I found a place to both release my frustrations in a healthy way and a place where I felt I fitted in as myself. Learn how this helped me feel comfortable enough with myself to start addressing my suppressed emotions and traumas.
