I was a very active person through work, family, and politics, when I started getting back pains. As always, I suppressed my pains and carried on until I couldn’t get out of bed. As the pain increase, so did the dozes, but also the anxiety, depression, and loneliness, to the point where I completely isolated myself for years.

Hear how I found out that I was heavily overmedicated on morphine, and how this had numbed down my whole system. Learn how I started the long but bumpy road to face my own shame and the system to recover step by step. Today I am using my experiences to spread awareness and inspire others.
