Despite my successful facade, I constantly felt that I was failing in every aspect of my life. My depression became so bad that I began contemplating suicide.

When a friend pushed me to seek help, I realized I would have to share my darkest thoughts out loud in order to move past them. Learn how this was the start of rebuilding my self-worth and making the hard but necessary changes to my life.
