I completely lost myself in a marriage that was arranged for me at the age of 19. Growing up in a traditional and controlled household I came into it feeling isolated, scared, and clueless. When my marriage grew more socially controlled I grew bitter, angry, and lonely. I was a home wife and mother, spending most of my life inside, and eventually, I felt completely worthless.

See how I dared to break out of my controlling and cold marriage to start my life over with my kids. Life offered new challenges and toxic relationships before I decided to take charge of my own life. Learn how my passion for sport and wellness led me to start a career as a trainer and instructor. This helped me to slowly build self-worth, and a social network and use my experience to support my client's journeys.
