Growing up I leaned into the path that was set for me, and this led me to climb the career ladder to the top in the finance industry. The financial crisis came, and I found myself in Iceland without being able to find a job. Not because of the crisis, but because I was a foreigner. The shock of realizing the racism and biases in the society I had grown to love, almost broke me.

See how I fueled the energy from my frustrations and anger to create a new start-up environment in Iceland. Learn how this helped me push the environment to see diversity as an asset and give others the support they needed to create business and change. My new passion helped me become a richer father and human by bringing out the full diversity in myself.
