I grew up in a small community in Ghana, forced to flee as a young boy to Norway. As a minority in my new home, I faced bullying that quickly evolved into severe racism. I didn’t see any hope in life. I surpassed my emotions and began acting out, eventually joining the anti-racist battle against the Neo-nazi movement. Hear how it took years of struggling to realise that I needed to seek professional help and open up about my traumatic past.
