Growing up I had the primary role of supporting my brother through his extreme physical disabilities. I felt it was my mission to ensure that he had as good of a life as possible, even if it meant I forgot my own needs at times. Thankfully he outlived all expectations, but our constant fight for his survival and his need for support took a heavy toll on me and my family.

Hear why I decided to let go of my business to spend more time with my brother, my son and myself. Learn how I was able to find peace through writing a book about death and anticipatory grief.
