I grew up under my father’s abusive rule and when I moved to my mother her boyfriend continued, until I was thrown out. This sparked my feeling of alienation and fed me into the criminal world, where my bottled-up frustration and anger grew to dominate me. After decades in crime I ended up even fearing and hating myself for what I had become.

Hear how prison hardened me even more until I finally realized that I had to break out of my destructive patterns. Learn how having children gave me extra motivation to share my feelings and face my traumatic past. This finally allowed me to love myself again and help other youth through my experiences.
