I grew up in a stigmatize time for those who struggled with mental health, but I did not understand what suicide truly was before I lost a friend in my teens. This completely shocked me and took a toll on my heart to the point where I could not let it go. See how I truly allowed my emotions to come out in the sorrow and how I used my frustration to make it my passion to help prevent suicides. Learn how I created a TV-program that fueled the national suicide prevention plan.
