I grew up being bullied in Latvia and later moving to Norway where I continued to battle feeling good enough. I did not see any motivation in life when the depression got the best of me, up to the point where I wanted to write a letter… Stay tuned to learn how this thought woke me up and see how I reached out to my student association doctor. This was the start to my path forward and hear how a trip with my mom boosted the recovery.
