When my fear of my tics had grown larger than the actual tics, I had panic attacks every day. Growing up my tics got more and more visible and with it, the bullying grew. Moving into my adult years my Tourettes had become a natural part of me, but anxiety and depression started taking their toll. I felt shameful and lonely to the point where I struggled to find energy in anything in life.

See how I reached out for help and started unpacking my childhood traumas. When I started opening up I realized that I was not alone and I found good people to talk to along the way. Learn how I started facing my anxiety and found new coping mechanisms to manage my tics. I also started utilizing my passion for music to help me find calm within myself to heal better.
