I have always been a high performer in life and suddenly I got the diagnosis Sjogren's (SHOW-grins) syndrome - a disorder of your immune system, at the age of 20. This completely turned my life around and suddenly I found myself not able to function normally. This pushed me into a heavy depression and feeling of hopelessness towards life.
