I moved away from everything I knew to a new country and culture so different from the Brazilian one. This spiraled me into a dark hole of depression. See how I managed to find some support in other Brazilians who had lived in Norway a while, and how I started volunteering for Red Cross and THA to push myself into learning the language, meeting local Norwegians, and using my knowledge and engagement as a lawyer for good.
