When my job was at stake, I felt that it was unfair and it triggered a deep frustration in me. Growing up, I was bullied, and it got to the point where I experienced violent bullying. This made me feel very different and alone growing up, to the point where I felt there was not space for me.

See how I managed to get through school and how changing direction at high school fueled my motivation. When I got a job after my internship, I felt my self-worth grew and my identity got very connected to my work. Learn how this fueled my motivation to fight for my job when it was threatened and how this allowed me to stand my ground despite that it was heavy and tough. When I eventually kept my job it made me feel extra proud of myself and my job.
