My reality was the streets and my truth of survival was to be feared, but after decades on the street my inner loneliness started to get difficult to battle. Growing up in a dysfunctional home I seeked elsewhere for the needs and role models I lacked. I quickly felt at home with the older boys and before I knew it I ran away and started my full-time street life. Over the years I worked my way up the streets to the point where I felt we were living in a different reality, completely cut off from normal life in London.

See how I eventually had enough and how another prison stay helped me make a decision to take off my crown and change my life. Coming out of prison my old life was still challenging me in every aspect, but I was determined to stay on my new path. Learn how I found opportunities and how I started building my life from scratch including learning how to read and write. Hear how I started using my background to support vulnerable teens and work for political change.
